Cancellation Terms

You have the option to cancel your order and obtain a refund before it has been dispatched. After it has been shipped, please wait for its arrival and initiate the return process.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Most products in unused condition can be returned within 30 business days from the date of delivery.

  1. Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return and share information regarding the item(s) and the reason for the return.
  2. Once you receive instructions from us, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging.
  3. Send the item(s) back as instructed. We will provide you with the return address and shipping details after your return request is approved. (Please note: Returns without authorization will not be accepted).
  4. We typically process returns within 5 business days after receiving your package.

Return Eligibility

You have a window of 30 business days from the date of delivery to assess whether an item is suitable for you. Kindly reach out to us within this timeframe for any returns or exchanges.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Fees

If the return arises from our error (e.g., wrong or defective items), we will issue a full refund.

If the return is based on the buyer's choice (e.g., dissatisfaction with the product or incorrect size selected), a full refund will still be granted.

No restocking fees will apply to returns.

Upon receiving and reviewing your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund approval or denial.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.

Only items purchased at full price are eligible for refunds; items bought on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only facilitate exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. To begin an exchange for the same product, please email us at Support@snapzia.shop.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on location.
